Sometimes when the opportunity is approaching, we are just like sitting on the fence, not able to make the right decision. Perhaps, below points can serve as guidelines for you to think over and over again.

1) Company profile
Is the company / business legally registered / licensed? You may check on below links :

and other relevant government ministry website for more information.
Search through the Internet on the company information including financial status, development planning, history of the company, etc.

2) Products
What are the products or services offered by the company? Is that commonly and widely used or specifically used? What would be the products range? How about the quality aspect? Again, search through the Internet to collect feedback / comments from users.

3) Pricing
How is the price? Overpriced or reasonably priced? Who is the target consumer? Widely acceptable?

4) Risk / Potential of the business
Be prepared for the worst scenario, that is risk management. Do carry out research and analysis on the potential of the business. Is the business newly launched in the market or reaching mature or stagnant status?

5) Business model
What kind of business model that is applied? Franchising, MLM, Direct Marketing, B2B, B2C, C2B, C2C, online business, etc. Sometimes, different business model suits different people. Every one have their own potential. Do analyse yourself whether it suits you.

6) What is your ultimate goal?
What would you like to achieve by doing certain business? Financial freedom? Time freedom? To be millionaire? You understand yourself better.

Different business requires different research and analysis. It would help you to make the right decision. Good luck!

Is your home a healthy home?

How common household chemicals may gradually be making you and your family sick.

It's alarming but true - scientists and doctors have discovered that there is a connection between our health and the use of common everyday household chemicals. If yours is the typical home, you probably use dozens of cleaning and personal care products, purchased at the local grocery store, which contain chemical ingredients that could be harmful to your health and the health of your loved ones.

Since World War II, there has been a dramatic rise in the number of man-made chemicals we use in our homes. The typical home now contains over sixty-three hazardous products that together contain hundreds of different chemicals. At the same time there has been an equally dramatic rise in the incidence of certain chronic health problems. Research indicates that it is more than coincidence with the increased use of hazardous, man-made chemicals in the home.

Happily, there is a simple solution to the problem presented in this article. Some conscientious companies now offer household products that are safer and more natural. Most of these people-friendly and environmentally sensitive products work just as well or better than grocery store brands, and in many cases, actually cost less. So, there's really no reason to risk your health, or the health of your loved ones any longer.

Is your home a healthy home? Right now, it's probably not as healthy as it could be.

Just to share the above article written by John K. Beaulieu.

What is 'Consumer Direct Marketing'? How does it different from MLM?

What is 'Consumer Direct Marketing'? How does it different from MLM?

Direct marketing is a form of advertising that reaches its audience without using traditional formal channels of advertising, such as TV, newspapers or radio. Business's communicate straight to the consumer with advertising techniques such as fliers, catalogue distribution, promotional letters, and street advertising.

Direct Advertising is a sub-discipline and type of marketing. There are two main definitional characteristics which distinguish it from other types of marketing. The first is that it sends its message directly to consumers, without the use of intervening commercial communication media. The second characteristic is the core principle of successful Advertising driving a specific "call-to-action." This aspect of direct marketing involves an emphasis on trackable, measurable, positive responses from consumers (known simply as "response" in the industry) regardless of medium.

The company that are practising 'Consumer Direct Marketing' sell directly to consumer without involving distributors, stockist or wholesalers. The company could recruite marketing executive to share the knowledge of business model and products information for the consumers to assess and decide on purchasing the products directly from the company. The marketing executive does not need to keep inventory, sell products or collect money.

Can we contribute to safe the world?

In this decade, more and more concern over environmental issues, just to name a few :
1) Climate change - global warming, greenhouse gas, ocean acidification, etc
2) Land degradation - land pollution, soil contamination, etc
3) Toxins - toxic heavy metals, toxic waste, etc
4) Waste - waste disposal incidents, landfill, recycling, etc

b) chemical - rely on natural or naturally derived and biodegradable formulas products
4) Create the sustainability awareness among our society community
5) Take less meat and imported food - this can help to reduce the consumption of water, gasoline, land of the planet

Malaysians still big on online shopping

According to the latest PayPal survey, Malaysians proved to be savvy online shoppers, with more than half intending to shop online and 44% of overall holiday expenditure expected to be spent online.
They cited time (75%), crowds (64%) and access to a wider range of products (51%) as the main reasons for avoiding the brick-and-mortar shops.

When it comes to online shopping, Malaysians are looking for a wider product range, assurance in payment security and product quality for the optimum online shopping experience.

Do you see where is the opportunity?

Let me highlight the key points here. Online shopping, wider range of products, coming trend of shopping, ...

I believe that every family spends hundreds on household consumable products monthly. Have you ever think that by switching the housebrand, you can actually utilize the power of internet to achieve your goals.

In this coming year of 2010 - Planning to become a boss?

Hi, first of all, Happy New Year to all!

Any planning ahead? Sometimes, we are wondering what can we do to change our life towards more interesting, more financial freedom, more enjoying, .......

We are always tighten up with all kinds of activities especially working, working & working, we don't even have time to accompany our family members. We have to sacrifice our health, time, self-esteem, etc just to work for someone else. Sometimes, when we have one step backward to think about it, is it really worth?

If you are thinking to start your own business especially work from home business, 'do your own thing, drive your own wagon', here are some points for your consideration :

1. Decide what level of sacrifice and risk you're willing to undertake in order to enjoy the satisfactions of working independently.

2. A powerful vision. Why are you in business in the first place? If your vision is strong, you will be motivated continuously to overcome all the obstacles and strive towards success.

3. Knowing how to solve your prospect's problem. Add value to yourself. By gaining knowledge, you're building a bridge across the river that is full of risks. You are able to identify and provide products or services to fulfill their needs.

4. Understand the importance of marketing and learn how to do it effectively. The world won't beat a path to your door just because you build a better mousetrap about how to grow tomatoes. To get customers you will have to market your products or services effectively and continually.

5. What are your competitive advantages that allow you to stand out from the crowd? Whatever your unique difference is, this is the question that, once answered, becomes the powerful strategy for you to sustain in the market.

Tired Of The Old School Network Marketing Techniques?

Are you tired of the old school network marketing techniques? You know the 3 foot rule, hanging flyers, bugging your family and friends, and holding hotel meetings.

I know that when I first joined my first network marketing company, I was told to use these same techniques. I was told to make a list of 100 people that I knew and basically call every one of them to ask and see if they would be interested in making some extra money.

I was only faced with questions I wasn't able to answer, getting hung up on, and faced with nothing but rejection.

When I was officially shunned by everyone that I knew, all my upline told me to do was to go out and buy some opportunity leads.

I found what I consider to be the "life saver" for my business.
This life saver I speak of was Mike Dillard's 7 Day Free Video Boot Camp.
In these 7 free videos Mike explained how I could attract an endless stream of prospects to me ready to join and actually get paid to prospect.
These videos have really changed the way I do my business, and I think they can help you too.
